Middlekauff Honda has been named a recipient of the President's Award for 2017 by American Honda Motor Co., Inc. Recognizing top-ranking Honda dealerships across the country, the award is considered Honda's highest dealership honor and is based on a candidate's achievement of excellence in all areas of the dealership's operation. Customer service and satisfaction, sales, training and facilities are all evaluated as criteria for the recognition.

Of nine Honda dealerships in the state of Idaho, Middlekauff Honda of Twin Falls was one of two dealerships to win the prestigious award. 

"The Honda President's Award recognizes dealers who honor their relationship with our customers by achieving excellence throughout their sales and service operations, and Middlekauff Honda does just that," said Henio Arcangeli, Jr., senior vice president of the Automobile Division for American Honda. "In taking care of its customers Middlekauff Honda has set the standard for other dealerships across the country to follow."

Gregg Middlekauff, President and Owner of Middlekauff Honda was both honored and grateful when he heard the news. "In all my years in the car business [40 years], this is only the second time one of our stores have won the coveted Honda President's Award.
